And we have thought that in addition to being able to add ingredients that help us reduce inflammation, improve the immune system or even help us fight against spring asthenia would be a perfect combination. And for this reason we have prepared a spoon recipe and an infusion to accompany #cooking




RECIPE: BRAISED LENTILS WITH MADRAS CURRY

Ingredients:


  • 200 gr. Pardina lentil

  • 1/2 White Onion

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • mushrooms

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 potatoes

  • madras curry

  • Powdered Ginger

  • sweet paprika

  • Concentrated tomato

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

  • 1/2 Glass White Wine



Preparation / Steps:


  1. Wash the lentils and soak them in cold water for at least 4 hours. Once soaked, we drain them and reserve them.

  2. In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chopped onion and minced garlic.

  3. Sauté until golden brown and add the red pepper, the green pepper and the sliced carrot.
