Ingredients:


  • 4 artichokes

  • 150 gr. White Quinoa

  • 1/2 White Onion

  • Serrano ham

  • 1 clove garlic

  • hot paprika

  • 1/2 Glass White Wine

  • 1 lemon

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

  • Salt

  1. Clean the artichokes and brush with lemon juice to delay oxidation.
