  • 480g whole cherry tomatoes

  • 2 onions

  • 65g brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 30g of water

  • Herbs de Provence

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 piece of homemade breadcrumbs
