RECIPE: STICKY RICE WITH IBERIAN SECRET AND MUSHROOMS. WITHOUT GLUTEN

  • Half an onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 100 gr. Iberic secret

  • hot paprika

  • Extra virgin olive oil EVOO

  • White wine

  • Saffron

  • Assorted mushrooms

  • Soy sauce

  1. First, we will marinate the secret with soy sauce, paprika, a clove of chopped garlic and some aromatic herbs.
