This recipe is for 6 or 12 ice creams (depending on the size you want them). We have prepared it with Chocolate O's cookies but you can change for Maria, Digestive or any of our cookies.




RECIPE: CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE COOKIE ICE CREAM

Ingredients:


  • 8 Chocolate O's cookies

  • 200 ml whipping cream (35% fat)

  • 100ml condensed milk

  • 300 g white chocolate for pastries or desserts

  • 50ml coconut butter
