Ingredients:


  • 150g Mixed Bread

  • 5 g fresh yeast

  • 120ml lukewarm water

  • 5g salt

  • 1 tbsp. Of olive oil

  • 4 tbsp. tomato sauce

  • 125g Mozzarella

  • Salt to taste

  • Oregano

  • 1 handful of artichokes

  • 1 handful of mushrooms



Preparation / Steps:


  1. Set aside some water and dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add the sifted flour and stir.

  3. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm, humid place.
