RECIPE: GAZPACHO WITH MINCED COD TOAST

Ingredients:


  • 350 g very ripe tomato

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1/4 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 small cucumber

  • 1/2 small garlic

  • 40 ml of natural mineral water

  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar

  • 30 ml EVOO

  • Salt to taste
