Ingredients:

  • 250 ml gluten-free oat drink

  • 50g olive oil

  • 250 g gluten-free oat flour

  • 50g cocoa powder

  • 60 g agave syrup

  • vanilla essence

  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam with agave

  • 140 g vegan dark chocolate 85%

Preparation / Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except oat flour and yeast).

  2. Add the oatmeal and yeast and integrate.

  3. Put the dough in a mold (18 cm) and then open the cake in half. Or if you prefer, divide the dough into 2 equal molds (12 cm).

  4. Bake the cake at 180ºC for 50 minutes (if it is with 1 mold) or 35-40 minutes (with 2 molds).

  5. Take it out of the oven, wait 15 minutes, unmold. Let it cool.

  6. Spread the jam over the first layer and put the other on top.

  7. Melt the chocolate with the oil in the microwave (little by little) or in a bain-marie.

  8. Put the cake on a rack and, below, a bowl. Bathe it with the melted chocolate and cover it.

  9. Garnish to taste with fruit or nuts. Put the chicks and feathers and refrigerate 15-20 minutes
