These capsules contain concentrated fish oil that provides a total of 1040 mg of omega 3 per two capsules.
The fish oil undergoes a sophisticated purification process that ensures it is virtually odour-free, with contaminant levels well below strict EU maximum limits.
The encapsulated oil is then protected from oxidation by the inclusion of natural vitamin E (and Co-Q10).
The most beneficial ingredients in fish oil are the two omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, and our formula provides 715 mg of EPA and 286 mg of DHA per two capsules.
