Instructions for use
Place the tea bag in a cup and pour in approximately 200 ml of boiling water. Leave to steep for approximately 8 minutes and then remove the tea bag.
Adults: drink 2 to 3 cups of infusion a day.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: drink 1 to 2 cups of infusion a day.
Children from 3 years old: drink 1 to 2 cups of infusion a day.
