Naturfrisk was born due to a child's concern for the organic cola drink. It was when Nicolai Romer asked his father, Niels, in the 1990s why there was no organic cola, that Niels had an idea and began the search to find the perfect place to produce his own organic soft drinks. After a long search, the choice fell on a disused brewery in East Funen, which was originally built in 1906. In August 1997, they bought the brewery. The vision was clear: they wanted to produce the world's first organic soft drink.
They went to explore in the attic of the old brewery, and here they found many old labels. One of the labels read "Naturfrisk", and they immediately agreed that exactly that name contained many of the values they wanted to incorporate into their company. The company and brand Naturfrisk is born.
All their products are organic, with raw materials without the use of pesticides, artificial colors and flavor enhancers or anything else that is not natural.
