This product provides three B vitamins (B1, B6 and B12).

Vitamins B6 and B12 are included in their methylated states (active methylated forms) ready to be utilized by the body, since a significant proportion of the population cannot utilize the unmethylated versions.

Neuro-Guard provides higher levels of B1 and B12 than many B vitamin complexes. These nutrients work synergistically to support normal nervous system function, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell production, and a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Maintaining normal nervous system function is important for maintaining normal neurological function.

With significant levels in just one tablet per day, this formulation may be especially beneficial for seniors, those following a vegetarian or vegan diet, or those with specific concerns.
