Florisene® is a dietary supplement formulated to help address the most common hair loss in women, due to Chronic Telogen Effluvium or CTE, as it provides iron to reduce its deficiency together with essential nutrients that help stimulate hair growth in women.

Research has revealed that a significant portion of the female population experiences excessive and persistent hair loss due to chronic telogen effluvium or CTE, and has also shown that the main cause of CTE is a low level of serum ferritin, which reflects the amount of iron ?stored? in the body.

When serum ferritin falls below a certain point, which can vary from one individual to another (usually between 40-70 ?g), the hair growth cycle is interrupted and causes gradual hair loss, with consequent loss of volume. In other women, hair loss is more obvious, with greater hair loss when washing or brushing.

Low ferritin levels in women are currently a widespread problem due to the reduction in red meat consumption and menstrual losses that occur in women of reproductive age.

Research has shown that if ferritin levels are brought above the individual ?trigger point?, then normal hair growth is gradually restored.

Precautions

While you are taking Florisene® do not take any other supplements containing iron.

Consult your doctor before taking Florisene® during breastfeeding or by women planning to become pregnant.

Florisene® should not be taken in conjunction with oral antibiotics. Do not take Florisene® within 2 hours of taking any medication, including digestive remedies.

This amount of iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.

Instructions for use

How to take: Florisene® tablets should be swallowed whole with water, half an hour to one hour before any meal or on an empty stomach.
How much to take: Take one tablet daily.
In one study, women using Florisene® noticed a reduction in hair loss within three to four months after starting to take it. It may take 6 months or more to see the full benefits.
