The cranberry is a fruit or berry from a small shrub that grows wild on the edges of wet roadsides. One of these people taught its use to the English in 1620, and since then it has been incorporated into the traditional Thanksgiving holiday.
Cranberry juice is a popular supplement among women for its ability to help maintain healthy urinary tract health. In the 1920s, it was discovered that people who consumed large amounts of cranberries produced more acidic, ?cleaner? urine. The effect of cranberries was shown to have an effect on the urinary tract. LAMBERTS® Cranberry Complex is obtained from fresh, ripe cranberries which are first washed and undergo a depectinisation process to remove unwanted substances. The juice is then dehydrated at low temperature and pressure to obtain a sugar-free concentrate.
