Hollinger was born when in 1997, directly pressed and freshly chilled fruit juices were sold for the first time in the refrigerated section of Austrian supermarkets. However, a particularly important and so typical Austrian product was not included: apple juice! So Hollinger developed the first naturally cloudy direct apple juice for the Austrian food retailer. And what's more, made exclusively with regional apples.
In those early pioneering days at Höllinger, the office was the living room of a small apartment. And to save cost, they even temporarily stored their products on their balcony at first.
