Instructions for use

Initial use: press the dispenser 3 times to let the liquid flow.

Shake well before each use. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally on the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds.

Replace the cap after use.

Dose

1 spray provides 3000 IU of vitamin D.

Use 1 spray daily (or as directed by your doctor).

It does not need to be taken with food or water, it can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

Conservation

Once opened, use within 6 months.

Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
