Information of Cardepat 50 ml

The liver is involved in every aspect of the entire organic metabolism, therefore, it is essential to preserve its functionality by maintaining a good level of drainage and purification.
Silymarin, found in the milk thistle plant, is a mixture of three substances: silybilin, silicristin and silidianin. Scientific studies, conducted both in vitro and in vivo, have confirmed the hepatoprotective properties of silymarin, thanks to a specific action of increasing the production of hepatic proteins and of counteracting free radicals, inhibiting the formation of inflammatory molecules. It is therefore used above all in the presence of cirrhosis and hepatitis. In the latter case, silymarin, in the form of tincture, promotes cell regeneration, stimulates the immune system and covers choleretic function. All this happens due to the active ingredient, present on the membrane of hepatocytes, which inhibits the binding of the virus to them.
The artichoke contains large quantities of a chemical substance called cynarin, which acts at the hepatic level by increasing bile production. This substance improves digestion and has diuretic properties; it also acts on lipid metabolism: it influences the production of endogenous cholesterol and stimulates the excretion of triglycerides and their redistribution through the bloodstream.
Dandelion is used for the treatment of liver disorders, thanks to its innumerable regulatory actions. In fact, it is a plant that has strong anti-inflammatory properties that stimulate the emunctory organs such as the liver and kidneys, in the transformation of toxins present in the body, thus eliminating them in the most harmless way; it shows great purifying properties. Thanks to a cholagogue action on the gallbladder and a choleretic action on bile secretion, it helps the correct intestinal transit, maintaining a constant organic purification.
The American Chrysanthemum is famous in popular tradition for its beneficial effects on symptoms such as gallstones, dyslipidemia, cirrhosis or hepatitis. This plant stimulates the enzymes involved in digestive processes and increases the functionality of liver enzymes, promoting hypocholesterolemia and decreasing lipid production.
The bark of Crespino, a plant belonging to the Berberidaceae family, is characterized by the presence of two molecules, berberine and berbamine. Numerous properties are associated with it, primarily concerning purifying, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, haemostatic and bactericidal actions.
Boldo is rich in flavonoids and alkaloids from which an essential oil is obtained containing monoterpenes such as limonene and a molecule called boldine, which promotes bile secretion by the liver; it is particularly recommended in cases of biliary calculosis, since it is capable of fluidifying bile, making it less dense and viscous.
Cucumber is a plant with cholagogue, diuretic and laxative effects; it is useful in the presence of pathologies such as biliary lithiasis, vesicular disease and liver failure.
Mint is a plant that, thanks to the presence of menthol, has a direct action on the gastrointestinal tract, promoting digestion.
Menthol is also an excellent analgesic for any discomfort caused by cramps and/or heartburn in the stomach. Rosemary, thanks to its content of pinene, cineole and antioxidants, improves blood circulation; it is also a natural antispastic in case of somatizations.
